Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Usually we have to purchase  houses under the “After Repair Value” which is the value of the property after the necessary repairs and updates have been made. This is so that we can resell for a profit to another home owner. If you don’t have any equity we still have solutions that work for you.

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:   We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and current market values. Our offer will take all these factors into consideration to determine what offer works for us and for you. Sometimes we will work together to find the right solution depending on your situation.

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and charge a commission for their service. Typically this is at least 6% of the sales price. We are the buyer and buy your house directly from you. That’s why there’s no commissions and no additional fees. We will even pay the closing costs!

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation for you. It’s 100% your decision and we’ll let you decide what’s right for you.

Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We don’t list houses. We are professional home buyers and we buy houses in Central Valley, California to fix and resell or keep as a rental for ourselves.
