Q:  Who are you?
A:  I am Dean and my partner is Luis. We are the owners of Home Helpers Group. Of course, we have a team surrounding us which includes the best escrow officers, our contractors, our Acquisitions Manager Alan who you probably will speak with, and don’t forget about our Office Manager who is the glue that holds us all together.

Q:  What Do You Do?

A:   We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and current market values. Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and charge a commission for their service. Typically this is at least 6% of the sales price. We are the buyer and buy your house directly from you. That’s why there’s no commissions and no additional fees. We will even pay the closing costs!
